Description
Combination traditional and digital manipulation, my scaffolding/lights/ring negs sandwiched in enlarger, also lighting adjustment in photoshop 5.0. Thanks stock;"Pro Circus".Johnni Ferroni's Aerial strap act.
Actually not sure if this is the right category, since it doesnt quite fit the content of manipulations, but is technically a manipulation. {both digital land traditional}. I'll move it back to photographs if people think it should be there.
redited...actually on pondering Martins descriptions this fits more with portraits...so took it off composite.

the shot concept in itself is awesome, and if things were somehow cleaned up in regards to the netting/grainy texture, i'd be much happier with this.

oh I might also say it was taken with ASA400 B&W and NO flash as flash wasn't allowed during either aerial performances or during the tiger acts. As you can see I've had to work with the available light which was back lit...I'm pleased there is an image at all really and so in this case with those factors there is going to be grain.

I like the combination of monochrome and not being able to see the audience; it makes the figure seem lonely. The only issues are the composition, which seems too centered—if your file is large enough, maybe you could crop some off of the left side—and the quality/graininess, which I understand you had no control over.
