Description
Charlie died yesterday.1996-3.12.2003
Liver tumor secondary to leukemia.
I'm pretty devestated and just put this together roughly.
Charlie only stopped talking when she was asleep or when I read aloud to her. She also liked to watch "Inspector Rex" on TV. She was my best friend, my crazy little buddy, my muse....missing her more than I can say.
"I see her in my sleep, my red terrible girl.
She is crying through the glass that separates us.
She is crying, and she is furious.
Her cries are hooks that catch and grate like cats.
It is by these hooks she climbs to my notice.
She is crying at the dark, or at the stars
That at such a distance from us shine and whirl." {Sylvia Plath}
Thank you everyone who has been asking about her, it meant so much to me.

I have 5 cats of my own and can't imagine if something happened to them. Charlie will always be in your heart and you will always have the memories of the good times you shared with him. Here is a link to a good website to help you get through this tough time: http://www.petloss.com/

please have a look at Askhari's sketch In Memory...
It has for me captured an expression of Charlie she had so frequently...I will treasure your drawing Askhari. Thank you.

I have a cat right now that I've had since the day of his birth - four years currently. And any time he goes missing for abit, I am very saddened knowing that maybe one day he wont come back - but he does
And I know I haven't experienced the passing life, but I have experienced enough to know that - how pets can cling to your heart it's the most sadest point when they leave.
But atleast you had all these years with Charlie
Charlie is beautiful and I'm sure she had the best time of her life
Beautiful dedication.
PS: those are precious kitten photos
